1. Visit all 50 states - So far I have been to 37: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
2. Eat more cheese - Unfortunately my decision to document every new cheese I tried didn’t last long, but I have made good progress on this achievement.
3. Read the classics - I am working on my completed list which is sadly very small.
4. Learn to speak British - I haven’t had any formal training on this front, but I do practice on my own… most often in the form of reading books aloud to myself, or others if they let me :)
